Wedding in Tuscany – Chianti

Canadians, Alyssa and Kevin chose me as photographer for their wedding in Tuscany, Chianti.
This is my first destination wedding in Tuscany. They told me “your photos transmit unique emotions” and with this, they put their trust in me from overseas without a skypecall. It will remain forever in my the heart because of this.
Alyssa and Kevin are a young couple who chose this location to celebrate their union with their closest friends and family. Their wedding took place at the beginning of October in a rustic villa in the Chianti area.

Ceremony

The ceremony was celebrated in the afternoon, according to the Catholic-Filipino rites such as the veil, the cord and the coin.
The veil symbolizes the unity of marriage, the cord the unbreakable bond and the coin the management of earthly goods.

One of the most emotional moments of the ceremony of this wedding in Tuscany was the exchange of the vows. When the couple read their vows they conveyed a truthful and loving feeling that was really touching.

After the ceremony, the couple wanted to live some moments all their own. Immersed in the green of nature I decided to capture their shyness, their laughter and their most intimate moments.
Their destination wedding in Tuscany ended with an outdoor dinner, in which brothers, sisters and friends read beautiful speeches. Finally the party was one of the most beautiful to which I have ever taken part: guests danced, sang loudly and had fun together with Alyssa and Kevin.

Thank you

I want to thank Alyssa and Kevin for giving me the opportunity to enter their lives, their customs and cultures. I would like to thank them for their “trip to Italy”, for the laughs even when it was not easy to understand each other. Finally for the emotions in the people’ speeches and for the super evening party.
